Services
PFI offers quick turn around on short or long
production runs. We also offer free delivery in the Southern California region. Other
services include Assembly, Sonic Welding, Troubleshooting, and Mold Testing.
Staff
Our management and technical staff has twenty years of combined manuafacturing
experience and over forty-five years of injection molding and tool making experience. This
expertise allows us to offer top-notch products with world-class service.
Equipment
Our new, state-of-the-art Toshiba molding machines can handle forces to 200 tons
and shot sizes to 19 ounces. Closed loop hydraulics with statistical process control (SPC)
provide the real time quality control monitoring.
